What Is Truth?


TRUTH: to seek it we must first define it.

Truth Accurately Reports Past Events Truth tells what actually happened. Theories, myths, speculations and possibilities are not truth. Truth Agrees with All Reality True facts agree with true evidence, true laws and true principles. Truth agrees in Event, Sequence, Time-frame, Method and Meaning. Truth Agrees with All Other Truth Truth through all channels (history, science, religion) will agree. Truth in both physical and spiritual dimensions agree. Truth at face, and at deeper levels agree. Truth Is Singular (Only one version of history can be truth.) Beginnings happened only once, in one way, in one time frame and in one sequence. All other "views" mislead, regardless of how clever they may sound. Truth Never Changes Truth may increase but is never reversed by new discoveries. Truth is Not Determined by Popularity Even if every fallen scientist believes it. "... let God be found true, though every man be found a liar"

The Christian Worldview defines TRUTH as ABSOLUTE.	The Secular Worldview defines TRUTH as RELATIVE.
The Creator who made everything is the almighty ruler and owner of it all. This Designer/Ruler speaks truth. He is man's ultimate authority. His laws are moral absolutes. When a God who cannot lie speaks, His words are eternal, pure, absolute truth.	If there is no ruling Creator, then there is no singular supreme authority who establishes truth and morals in the cosmos. Thus every truth source is valid including every person. Morals change as we evolve.
